These cup-shaped flowers come in a range of blush and very pale pink They bring movement and elegance to your summer floral designs. They’re so easy—just a little deadheading, occasional watering in dry spells, and they’ll keep dazzling all season long. Drought-tolerant, dreamy, and downright delightful!

    Planting Instructions

    SOWING:

    Transplant: Sow indoors 5-7 weeks before planting out. Harden off and transplant out after danger of frost. Direct seed - Sow after last frost, once soil temperature is above 60°F (16°C), covering seeds lightly.

    Germination Requirements: Cover seeds lightly

    Days to Germination: Germination in 7-10 days at 68-72°F

    GROWING:

    Light Preference: Full sun

    Plant Height:   40 to 50 inches

    Plant Spacing: 6 to 12 inches; Wider spacing creates stronger, thicker stems and delays disease (e.g. powdery mildew) issues

    Pinching: Yes, pinch at 8-12” to encourage branching

    Flower Support: Strongly recommended

    Days to Bloom: 90-100 days

    HARVEST AND VASE LIFE:

    Yield: 7-15 stems

    Harvest Fresh: Harvest when buds are just cracking, but haven’t fully opened. Deadheading is required to have blooms all summer.

    Expected Vase Life: Expect a vase life of 5 to 6 days.
